Freyjas’ Nocturne

A whole-plant soap crafted with real blackberry mead for a deeply nourishing cleanse steeped in ancient tradition. Before anything else, there is calendula, slow-warmed into sunflower oil right here in our studio, the quiet foundation beneath every bar we make. The natural sugars and honey in the mead create a rich, luxurious lather while delivering gentle humectant properties that draw moisture into your skin and hold it there. This bar is a tribute to Freyja, the Norse goddess of love and beauty, and to the dark, enchanting drink that inspired it.

Scent Dark, fruity, and warmly resinous. Ripe blackberry opens rich and sweet, glistening and wild, like berries picked at the edge of a forest where the light barely reaches. As the sweetness deepens, warm balsamic resin wraps around it, amber-toned and ancient, pulling the fragrance from something bright into something mysterious. Like wandering into the woods at dusk to find a table already set, the mead already poured, and Freyja herself smiling like she knew you were coming.

Star Ingredient

Blackberry Mead: An ancient, fermented blend of honey and blackberries, used in this soap for far more than its name. The natural sugars in mead act as humectants, drawing moisture into the skin and holding it there. The honey contributes gentle antibacterial properties and a richer, creamier lather, while the blackberry brings antioxidants that help protect and nourish. A drink worthy of the gods, now in a bar worthy of your skin.
