Olivet will be hosting a Springtime Artisan Showcase full of 35+ local vendors including pottery, woodworking, jewelry and more!
All proceeds from event vendor fees will go to help communities in Western NC as they continue to recover from Hurricane Helene.

This exciting event benefits the Theatre Guild of Rockingham County’s youth scholarship program, supporting the next generation of performers.
🎶 Live Music: Enjoy an afternoon on the lawn with a performance by Eddie Carter while soaking in the festive atmosphere.
🛍️ Local Artist Market: Explore a variety of handcrafted goods from talented local artists! Vendors will showcase a woodcrafter, a baker, a soap maker, and artisans offering jewelry and home decor. We will also have a chain saw wood carver who will conduct a demo of his work on site! Look for exclusive Star Wars-themed creations, as well as other unique handmade items.

Christmas in the City
The City of Gastonia will be a festive place for this year’s Christmas celebration. The annual Christmas in the City parade, marketplace, and tree lighting ceremony are scheduled for Sunday, December 1st.
The Christmas Marketplace will feature craft and business vendors, and food trucks will sell meals and treats. Some of the free activities at the Marketplace will include face painting, winter themed inflatables, a trackless train, letters to Santa and coloring booth, carolers, and a stilt walking elf.

Our communities of NW Stokes County are delighted to announce that Francisco FarmFest will return to its original venue at the old Francsisco school grounds from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 21
The festival has something for all: tractors, crafts, food, music, games and more. Modeled after an old-timey country fair, visitors can try their hand at the tobacco tying contest, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, learn more about conservation efforts for the Dan River, and get their pressure cookers tested — all to the backdrop of some great music and good food.
